What is the Healthcare Services Platform at the Middle East Council of Churches?

The Healthcare Care Platform at the Middle East Council of Churches is an online platform which aims to establish a connection between healthcare service seekers and the mentioned service providers, linking them to one another and providing them with a comprehensive view and a space for interaction through this electronic gateway.

The platform includes data and information related to healthcare service seekers and the specific conditions of each of them, along with details about the type of service they require, as specified in forms filled out by these individuals that detail the service they need. In return, it includes data and information related to healthcare service providers, their specialties, the services they offer, and their relevant experience, as detailed in forms filled out by them.

Accessing and using the platform by both parties does not constitute a legal agreement or any contractual relationship between the platform and them or between any of them. Therefore, the platform does not incur any obligations or legal responsibilities whatsoever. Its role is limited to facilitating the connection and interaction mentioned above.

The platform encourages both parties to enter into bilateral agreements between them after matching one party's offer with the other's acceptance, thereby defining the rights and obligations of each party separately. The platform remains uninvolved in any agreement between the two parties arising from or related to their use of the platform.

Users' access to the platform implies their acceptance of the usage terms defined by it and their agreement to comply with and adhere to those terms.

The platform reserves the right to modify and review the usage terms and add new conditions at any time it deems appropriate, notifying platform users accordingly.

If you do not agree with the platform's subject matter and usage terms, please refrain from using the platform and its services.

Protection of Personal Data

Personal data, which includes information related to a healthcare service recipient or provider of any kind, such as name, address, medical or physical condition, or any information that can be accessed through forms filled out by the care provider and the recipient, is protected by Law 81 dated 2018 and is kept confidential.

The platform commits not to provide the mentioned data to anyone other than the person in need of care, employees, and platform users. Users of the platform agree to provide their personal data related to them to the individuals referred to above.
